Have you filled out a 'Request Repair / Work' form? If you have not completed the form, then there is a good chance that we are unaware of your request.
2)  Q How can I contact my technician?
A
If you have a repair or work request for your building technician, you must complete the online 'Request Repair / Work' form. If you are currently logged into one of the school's computers, you can access the form by clicking here.
3)  Q Can I check my email from home?
A
Yes.
4)  Q What do I do if I forgot my password?
A
Contact your assigned technician by filling out the request repair / work form.
5)  Q I am a teacher at one of the schools. Can I create my own website?

Yes. You can work on your website from any computer with access to the internet.

Reboot the computer. If it is still not working, fill out a ticket in TechCenter.
